Solution
HG Aviation delivered an integrated recovery programme covering sales planning, BSP and direct-channel development, agency and corporate account management, group business, local reservations and ticketing, route and product communication, consumer campaigns, events, partnership activations and coordination between the airline and the Vietnamese market.
Results
HG Aviation supported the successful return of Thai Airways mainline services to Vietnam, including four daily flights at the October 2023 relaunch, and continues to manage a nationwide commercial platform across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In the first six months of 2026, the account generated approximately US$8.25 million in managed revenue and US$108,900 in local profit contribution, subject to internal approval for public disclosure.
