As Kenya Airways’ General Sales Agent in Vietnam, HG Aviation acts as the airline’s local commercial extension. The team manages sales and distribution, agency and tour-operator development, corporate and group business, reservations and ticketing support, market communications, destination education and stakeholder coordination in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Kenya Airways needed to build awareness and commercial demand in Vietnam without a nonstop service, educate the travel trade on Bangkok–Nairobi connections, establish trusted local sales and ticketing support, and position Africa for leisure, corporate, group and MICE travel.
Solution
HG Aviation launched the Vietnam representation platform end to end: sales planning, agency acquisition, tour-operator and corporate development, fare and schedule communication, group business, local reservations and ticketing, marketing content, destination education, events and day-to-day coordination with the airline.
Results
HG Aviation established Kenya Airways’ official market presence from May 2024, activated commercial support in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and created a local platform for Vietnam–Africa sales.
