HG Aviation, in collaboration with Thai Airways, successfully hosted the “Connecting Danang to The World 2026” seminar in Da Nang, marking a significant milestone in efforts to strengthen international air connectivity from Central Vietnam.
The event brought together partners, travel agents, local businesses, and industry representatives to share updates on the new Da Nang – Bangkok route, scheduled to launch on December 1, 2026, with two daily flights in each direction.
Beyond introducing the new route, the seminar provided a valuable platform for participants to exchange insights on market development potential, strengthen partnerships, and explore new opportunities in the aviation and tourism sectors.
The new Da Nang – Bangkok route will provide travelers with more convenient options for traveling from Da Nang to Thailand’s capital. More importantly, through Thai Airways’ extensive international network, passengers will be able to connect to a wide range of destinations across Thailand, Europe, and other markets.
As one of Central Vietnam’s key tourism gateways, Da Nang offers significant potential for leisure travel, MICE tourism, and cultural experiences. The introduction of this international route will not only facilitate passenger travel but also enhance the city’s accessibility from overseas markets.
In the opposite direction, international travelers connecting through Bangkok will have additional opportunities to discover Da Nang and nearby destinations such as Hoi An, Hue, and other attractions throughout Central Vietnam.
The new route also presents opportunities for travel agents, tour operators, and local service providers to develop tailored travel products, enhance visitor experiences, and expand business partnerships in the coming period.
